AG Millworks is seeking an entry level Accounts Payable Assistant who will support the companies invoicing and billing department.  This individual will be working closely with the current Accounts Payable/Purchasing Manager.  To be successful, this candidate will need experience in an office setting, along with data entry knowledge.  Ideally, this candidate will be well organized and self-motivated.  Training will be provided on the job. 

Job Requirements:

• 1 year experience in an office setting/clerical position.
• Intermediate computer program skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, and with a team, in a fast-paced, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and timeliness.
• Displays a genuine passion for their work and portrays a sense of purpose and enthusiasm.
