What is the typical lead time?
Most systems are completed in 5-7 weeks from order confirmation. Complex or large-scale projects may take slightly longer. Your dealer will provide an accurate timeline during the quoting process.
Do you sell direct or through dealers?
AG Millworks partners with authorized dealers across the country who provide local expertise, site visits, design guidance, and installation coordination. When you request a quote, we connect you with the best dealer for your area. This ensures hands-on support throughout your entire project.
What information should I have ready?
The more detail you provide, the more accurate your quote will be. Helpful information includes: rough opening dimensions, desired wood species, project timeline, and any architectural plans or photos. Don't worry if you don't have all of this. Your dealer can help determine specifications during your consultation.
Do you handle installation?
Installation is coordinated through your local dealer, who works with experienced contractors familiar with our systems. Many of our dealers offer full-service installation, or they can work with your existing general contractor. Detailed installation guides are provided with every system.
What warranty do you offer?
Aluminum clad products are warranted for 10 years, all-wood products for 1 year, and Accoya wood products for 5 years. Hardware components carry a separate manufacturer warranty. Full warranty details are available upon request and included with your quote.
