Please refer to your specific product warranty document for transferability terms. In general, AG Millworks warranties are provided to the original purchaser. Contact your dealer or our team if you have questions about a specific situation.
Do I need to register my product for warranty coverage?
No registration is required. Your warranty coverage is effective from the date of purchase. Keep your purchase documentation and sales order number for your records — you'll need them if you ever file a service request.

Is a sill pan really required?
Yes. A sill pan and proper waterproofing are required for correct installation of all our exterior door units. Failure to use a sill pan or improper installation is not covered under warranty. Multi-slide pocket units require a three-sided sill pan. Refer to our sill pan illustrations for recommended dimensions.
